'Everything was as advertised or better. Mark was always available and very helpful. The house and property was well maintained. The only 1 small issue was the grass and weeds left on back patio and firepit area. As a resident of Florida I know that storms come up fast this time of year. the yard was well mowed before our arrival, but was not weeded and blown clean. I did bring it up to Mark, so he would be able to address it with his landscaper. Still a 5 star rental. Being able to use the deck...

'We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.'
