'We loved our stay at the Shem Creek Inn! The location was amazing and we could have happily sat on our balcony all day watching pelicans and dolphins swim up and down the creek! Free parking was a perk, but the staff were outstanding! Everyone was friendly and helpful! We'll be back! '

The rooms are okay, be aware there is no elevator.
There was a small gym and a pool. Breakfast was basic, but ok.

'Overpriced hotel. Paying more than $150,-/night for a room with limited cleaning service, only 5 tv channels and hard slamming doors is not what to expect. Charleston hotels seem to squize out the visitors, a shame. The city and surrounding areas are very nice fortunately.
