'The room and resort are ok. We had 4 people but they would only give 2 passes to the water park. We just wanted to sit by the pool! Ridiculous for what they charge. There is not house cleaning and people are supposed to leave their trash outside the room which makes the hallway stink. The lady at check in was rude but the other staff were nice. Restaurant and bars closed around 9 while we were there. For the money I would stay elsewhere next time. “Third” bed was ridiculous as a bunk bed. It...

'Ac unit was not working and when the unit would start its cool cycle it sounded like a semi jake brake. Was told the rooms were all full so couldn’t switch to a different room. 80 degrees and humid all night no sleep.'

'The facility needs to be updated. Bedsheets were ripped off. Spiders in the room. Unsure about whether the room was cleaned before our stay. Location was very convenient.'
