'The good from the stay is we received a full refund from VRBO/Property Management within 3 days of our cancelling the property. Upon arrival we found the entire property very dirty, towels were in the stand up shower on the floor dirty & wet. The 2 beds were not worthy of new guests with sheets, blankets & pillows appearing as if someone had slept in beds with no preparation for new arrivals. 'Amenities were lacking in many ways…lacked suitable pans for cooking and basics like salt and pepper. Bedrooms were cold due to drafts around windows with air conditioners and a drafty door. No extra blankets or quilts. Sliding shower door not on tracks properly. When dishwasher was turned on it started leaking soap.'

'Our stay over Halloween was nice and the location was convenient. This is an older apartment and although we had several issues they were quickly remedied making our stay comfortable. I personally feel it is more suitable for 4 people because the provided blowup bed takes up the entire living room. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and helpful host. Thank you for allowing us and our fur babies the use of your rental. '

'Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. '
