'Nice hotel, lovely check in and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Bed extremely comfortable. Excellent position near to tram stops and lots of food places. Restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel. We went to an event at the Coop live and it was perfect, as we left there were queues a mile long to go back into the centre of Manchester but nothing coming out to the village hotel, glad we chose this one. '

'Staff helpful as always, i had left my plug for my charger at home and they were able to supply one fir me. I also ordered room service with an instruction to knock gently which was followed perfectly.
The only drawback was the flush on the toilet was broken,it still flyshed but needed a lot more effort to get it to work. '

'Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds and well kept gardens with outdoor seating with tables. Rooms light and bright, large comfortable bed, bath, shower everything that you need. Decor throughout hotel was excellent with dining area for evening meal with good choice of menu. Breakfast room was light and airy with pleasant views to the gardens. Staff always seemed very pleasant and helpful, rooms cleaned and fresh towels and bed linen. An enjoyable stay.'

Heerlijke SPA, met redelijk groot zwembad, stoomruimte (werkte 2e dag niet),sauna en fitness.
Wel moeilijk te bereiekn omdat de Satnav je nogal omleidt.'

'Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service
