'The pool area, tennis and paddle court were the most enjoyable parts of the hotel. The breakfast does not offer ample variety and the servers are sometimes distracted to what the customers need. The staff at the counter is okay but not as helpful as they should be. They do not want to offer solutions when asked difficult questions and the manager is nowhere to found.'

'Balie personeel is slecht opgeleid, bij check-in en check-out lange rijen met maar 1 of 2 balies open terwijl er 4 personen rondom de balie staan maar geen begrip hebben van service of klanten helpen door extra balie te openen.'
