'Balie personeel is slecht opgeleid, bij check-in en check-out lange rijen met maar 1 of 2 balies open terwijl er 4 personen rondom de balie staan maar geen begrip hebben van service of klanten helpen door extra balie te openen.'

'Great stay. Stayed for 7 days, I would highly reckoned this hotel. They have a 24 hour restaurant. And the location is convenient, we were only 5/10 min from where we were ubering. Also they had security, I felt very safe!'

'Beautiful accomodation at a very good location. Reception staff was very helpfull. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were hard to find and we had to wait very long for everything we ordered. E.g we waited more than 15minutes to get a cup of tea. The rooms were cleaned daily. However, the heads of the bed were very dusty. We had to catch an early flight and it was a bit of a negotiation to get breakfast. The only hand out breakfastpackages with ham sandwiches. Asking for different...
