'Spacious, clean house on the lake with a large table to play board games, and a great view of the lake. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our family get together. The instructions were clear. Thank you (to the host, who was communicative).'

'The house is in a very good location. We had to deal with significant moisture inside due to heavy rains, and there was standing water in the garage. Otherwise, no issues.'

'We stayed twice in one month, and the owner made a couple purchases that we requested. Thank you for the washcloths and extra coffee mugs! '

'The house smelt terrible. When the property manager was informed we were told to run the water and maybe the smell will go away. The second night we did not have heat. Come to find out from the property manager that there has been an ongoing problem with pipes freezing. We were not told about the sulfer (undrinakble water) untill after we paid. We were not told the property owner use the proprty to house dogs in a garage on the property and inly stops by to feed them weekly, terrible to observe...

'Loved the location! Quiet, serene. Plenty of space in the house'

This was at 11:30pm, quite frightening. I even called 911. Our contract called...

'What was Dissapointing: The pictures misrepresented the home. Paint is chipping on all four sides of the home so be careful of kids and fur babies eating paint chips off the ground. 2. Second floor bedroom has a brick trip hazard with the fireplace awkwardly in the doorway. 3. Other second floor bedroom had a broken bed. 4. Large black ants in the kitchen and beetles were everywhere in corners and even the shower. 5. No one had raked leaves, organized campfire ring of stones or put yard in...

'Nine of us had a great stay for a long weekend. The house has an ideal layout with lots of inside and outside space for hanging out. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The beds are comfy and having three full baths was super convenient. Brian, our host, was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.'
