'This is a beautiful house in a idylic location. Our three couples had a comfortable, enjoyable stay - stunning sunsets, water access and nearby bike trails. We are giving five stars because of the property. We should take off points for the manager, but were so impressed with both the home and the location, it would not be fair the owners to present anything less than five stars. The management firm, Vacasa was efficient, but almost entirely unhelpful. Pre-booking questions were responded to,...

'We stayed here for the total eclipse in 2024. We had three families and the place was great. We want to come back and explore, there were so many interesting places we didn't have time to see.'

'The house is so much more spacious than it appears. Kitchen is a great size with abundant seating. Views are spectacular, people we met in the area were extremely friendly. We didn't stay in the summer, but this is definitely a perfect kayak base camp. Will definitely consider coming back in the summertime for just that.'

The house and the location were great. kitchen was well equipped (although the old style replica stove was a little challenging for a Thanksgiving dinner - but we made it work). The older renovated home has all the amenities you would expect. Communications with Charles, the property manager, was superb! 'We stayed at this house with our married children and our grandchildren. Bev was always available to answer questions when I had them and very friendly. We had PLENTY of room for all of us. It had everything we could have needed and more. We cook alot and the kitchen has anything you could possibly need. We loved taking our kayaks out off the shore. The guys (and my grandaughter😊) caught ALOT of fish in the kayaks and off the dock. It was a favorite of any house we have rented and look forward...
