'This was our first time staying at this hotel, it's been years since we've been to Ocean City and the first time together as a couple. The hotel was clean and the staff we excellent. Our room was a bit smaller than I expected however, we weren't going to be in the room much. The only complaints I have was the water pressure in the shower. 'Walked in and was greeted by a family of flies. The people upstairs were taking a shower and water was leaking into our unit through a hole in the ceiling. By far the worst place I ever stayed. Will never stay again'

The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern.
