Bed mattress was very uncomfortable, didnt seem to have a box spring or supportive platform under it. Pillows flat and very uncomfortable. . Linens and towels were good quality. Room phone did not work. Staff removed it but did not return with a different phone as promised.'

'A beautiful place to stay with an amazing beach view. Rooms are spacious and clean but it would be nice to have a broom in each room to sweep up sand. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The only downside was having to pay $40 a day to park in the parking garage or pay by meter if you didn’t want to park in the garage.'

I checked out of my room and forgot some items behind and she was able to make me a new key to the room but unfortunately it did not unlock the door so she was willing to come up and open the room herself with her key. 'My personal opinion: Everything was fabulous, excellent: clean rooms, Very polite staffs, always you find parking spaces.( But my advice-suggestion: Chefs need to vary the breakfast buffets) every single morning serve( gallopinto huevos Sousages, tortillas fritas o maduro frito)'
