'one important reason that i booked this is because it has a 10 out of 10 rating from expedia. when i arrived there ,i realized its google map rating is like 3.5. The real property name is hidden in expedia when i booked.'

'The listing mentions entire apartment but it is a motel. Good for a motel , but listing needs to be accurate. There was no daily room cleaning.'

'It started with a glitch on Expedia app showing after I booked the hotel was called King Bed, which was incorrect. We called them and after many attempts found out it was Lake Washington Inn. The location was the absolute worst in the middle of massive road construction. We arrive at the front desk at 2:45pm and a girl at the desk said it would cost use $10 to check in early. Early? 15min? So we sat in our car for 12minutes. When we went back in at exactly 3:00 she had checked in someone else!...

'A good location: quiet, safe. The property has a modern design flair and very clean, with adequate amenities. The communication with owners was effective and timely. I would recommend placing thicker curtains for the first floor windows so that whoever sleeps at the sofa bed can enjoy darker sleep'

'Tom the host is especially friendly and relaxed. We had a great time.'
