  • Adembenemend uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan vanuit dit luxe appartement op de negende verdieping aan het rustige uiteinde van het strand van Ixtapa. Je wordt wakker met een prachtige ochtendzonsopgang. Er zijn mogelijkheden om walvissen of dolfijnen te zien, wat een prachtig gezicht is om te zien.
    Vijf minuten lopen naar de jachthaven waar charterboten beschikbaar zijn en een paar goede restaurants om uit te kiezen en een golfbaan aan de overkant en een andere aan de andere kant van Ixtapa. Prachtig terrein met infinity pool en zwembad voor volwassenen. Geniet van de bar bij het zwembad en de voedselservice. Geniet van enkele van de beste gerechten van Ixtapa in het restaurant van het hotel voor zeer redelijke prijzen. Als u ervoor kiest om zelf te koken, kunt u uw boodschappen ophalen in Zihuatanejo bij Mega, waar u een grote selectie aan voedsel vindt.
    Ook op de site zijn Business Center met gratis toegang tot internet, tennisbanen en een fitnessruimte. Dicht bij winkels, geweldige restaurants en entertainment. Dit appartement met 1 slaapkamer is smaakvol ingericht en heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken met magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat en blender. Heeft kabel-tv prive wi-fi. De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. Er zijn voldoende beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig. Comfortabel terrasmeubilair om op te zitten en te genieten van het geweldige uitzicht op de baai en het strand. U zult ook een ligstoel vinden voor die middagdutjes indien gewenst. Wasserette in eenheid. Er is 24 uur per dag beveiliging bij de ingang van het gebouw en van het strand.
    Condo is rookvrij in het apparaat. Roken alleen op het balkon toegestaan.

Located at the end of a wonderful walking beach next to the Marina. Easy to visit Zihu with a combi van or taxi. Very well appointed property and relaxing pool. Marilyn was very quick at responding to any questions regarding the property or the area in general. I will be back.

Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated one bedroom condo, perfect for a couple. In suite laundry was easy and convenient. We rented the two weeks over the Christmas holidays so perhaps is why we didn’t get any outside cleaning. The only downside to our stay.

Lovely Condo big and beautiful views. I had everything you need plus laundry, which is a bonus. Nice to have a restaurant on the grounds. Property is well kept and staff at the BVG are friendly sweet people. Only problem was a large group of people that were Lounge chair “hogs” - that make it hard for staff. Ixtapa vacation

We enjoyed our condo experience at the BVG Marina. The unit and complex were very clean The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We appreciated the comfortable balcony furniture as we spent may hours there to watch the sun rise and enjoy the quiet evenings. Marilyn was great to deal with and answered all of our many questions. The onsite restaurant had good food and drinks for reasonable prices. We enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area and the many restaurant options it provided. We are looking forward to returning next year!

View from the condo is magnificent, facing east so had morning sun on the deck. Can’t see the sunset, but was special watching people on the beach watching it set (reminded me of movie City of Angels). Able to see the ocean from bedroom and living room. Very well stocked with amenities. OMG has hot water! (If you stayed in Ixtapa before, this is a rare commodity); exceptionally clean, has full laundry in condo, gas stove/oven, microwave, hot air fryer, user friendly smart tv. Have to mention the bed and couch were exceptionally comfortable! I appreciated the meticulous approach to details by the owner prior to arrival. The property manager paid special attention to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Unable to access the gym, but the 50 meter infinity pool and 2 hot tubs make up for it! Usually busy during most of the day, but pool area empties around 430. Had the pool almost to myself at that time. Can’t say enough! Very happy with my stay at the Bay View Grand Marina!

Everything’s as advertised

This property is exactly as advertised! We enjoyed ourselves immensely as we had everything we needed. My only recommendation to others is if you require a strong internet signal in all areas of this condo, perhaps look into a data plan instead of relying on wi-fi as it can be weak at times...that being said, if you’re like us and only need to send a few messages now and then, there is more than enough signal. On the plus side, the shower (overhead rain shower style) was the best I have ever used!! I feel this unit is very good value and I would recommend it to everyone. Marilyn was a pleasure to deal with and I would absolutely rent this property again.

Beautiful, relaxing and our new second home

Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home in paradise. We were impressed right from the start with Jaz who greeted us in the lobby and showed us around the complex and suite to all the great staff that put us into holiday mode. Marilyn and Dale have made the condo just like home the kitchen is so well equipped there was nothing that we needed to supply. The location is perfect a little removed from the hustle of the hotel strip but close enough to Merza for groceries and wonderful shops and restaurants. We were only there for 3 days and we booked for next year. Marilyn & Dale were amazing to deal with and we looking forward to sharing this with my sister next year.

Great Condo

The condo was better than described. The kitchen is well appointed (although we never used anything in the kitchen) and if you wanted to cook you will have everything you will need. The view of the ocean and the beach is wonderful from the balcony. The property is located on a really wonderful part of the beach, the restaurants at this property is some of the best food you will eat in Ixtapa, staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are gated and we felt very safe. Renting this condo from Marilyn and Dale (the owners) was very easy and we felt very secure with renting from them. If and when we go back to Ixtapa I hope I will be able to rent this unit again from Marilyn and Dale.

Great Get Away Condo in Ixtapa!

Thank you Marilyn for sharing your vacation rental with us and answering all of our questions in a timely manner. We had all the comforts of home and especially enjoyed nightly drinks on the balcony with the sounds and view of the ocean. The condo and the building was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the beach, pool, Ixtapa Island for snorkeling and all the wonderful shops and restaurants (all within walking distance). We will definitely return for a visit and hopefully get to stay longer.
