'The staff was friendly and obliging. Especially Hector who was so kind and courteous and spoke with us every day (except his day off) He made us feel very comfortable. And our room was always clean and neat with special effects thanks to Patricia. Loved the flower and towel "art" ! The only negative things were that one day a gentleman who was clearly a guest entered our room with his card key. 'Clean room, incredible breakfast, breath taking views, and everything we wanted in a vacation location. Its in a perfect spot to be right next to the beach and a short walk to town. The staff were amazing at keeping the place incredibly clean as well as making delicious breakfast every morning. We hope to stay here again in the future.'

'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big.
