'The hotel is in the tourist area of Ixtapa; basically a row of big hotels where this is one of the furthest away from that centre. Approx. 450-500 yards. You will find the 'towel-people' here (claim a pool chair in the early morning) but there are still plenty available. The pool is not deeper than a yard and rather big. 'Worst experience ever I have been traveling for over 30 years and by far this is the worst experience ever. Property was pretty outdated and dirty. When I got to my room the door was open and a cart with tools outside left unattended an Extractor on the sink and dirty all over the floor. There was a big line for breakfast with very little choices of food, I decided to go with chilaquiles which happened to be soggy and flavor less.
