'The property is beautiful and in an amazing location. We loved seating on the big wraparound porch. The beds were comfortable and there is so much natural light pouring into the house. Super close to the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Absolutely would stay here again.'

'Beautiful place! Owners gave us codes to everything we needed. They responded to every text. Not a problem being on 2nd floor with no elevator. My wife who have had ankles surgeries was able to go up and down stairs(slowly), but steady.Location is 2 minutes from beach. Would stay again when in Jacksonville!'

'Absolutely loved our stay. The house is cozy and 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the resturants and things to do. My family has been coming to Jacksonville and leaving right before the 4th of July rush for a few years now and this place did not disappoint. The host and hostess were fabulous, very kind. My kids loved the patio area, perfect for when the adults would like to relax but the kids still want to be outside.'

'Our family of five stayed for a long weekend to visit family in the Jacksonville area. This was a great place to stay. Close to restaurants, easy access to nearby attractions/day trips and great location to the beach. Already planning to book again.'

'Very nice home, the washer door handle was broken off though I went to try and open it and it cut my fingers up. I love the area it was in. I do suggest getting rid of the spiders it was a great big one in the tree. I would book again when I come back home for a visit.'

'The place was great for a quick trip. On the beach, walk out to the pool, bar/food onsite. The floors were a little sandy, and the onsite bar didn’t allow anyone under 21 to sit and eat after 5pm, but other than that we will be back. '

"In the lobby it already smelled like cigarettesmoke. The first room we were offered was in a strange corner with cigarettebuds en jointbuds (marihuana). Too us, it looked like the least attractive room they had. We asked for another room, but there black mould on the ceiling and it was too humid (our clothes were moist the next day). And in the front of this room there were even more cigarettebuds. There was no waterpressure on the shower and the towels had black spots on them. We paid about 140 dollars for one night. It was absolutely not worth it!! We asked for a little bit of a refund, but nothing was possible. Don't go here! It is not worth your money!"
