'Gina was unobtrusive but available. The house was lovely and we were welcomed to take advantage of the shared spaces in addition to the Cowgirl suite upstairs with its king bed ( so comfy!) We walked the couple blocks to the restaurants and shops of historic Jacksonville. Highly recommended 👍'

'We love the space. We have gone many times there. So close to everything. Two issues…tried to get in after 4:00 and door would not open. Thankfully a lady came by, whom I guess cleans the room, and opened it for us using her computer device. Also we stayed two nites and there was only one coffee packet. Others than that…the stay was perfect …as usual.'

'My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and we loved it! I went food shopping at Ray’s grocery store when we arrived for snacks and drinks. Ray’s is next door to Ace Hardware and both are very close. You are within a short walking distance to downtown so we enjoyed the three coffee shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The owners were very communicative with emails. Parking was easy with designated spots for the building. We will stay here again if the room is...
