'This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here.'

'The property was beautiful and in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The views were great and it was fun watching the boats go by. The sunsets were beautiful also. I saw some dolphins swimming by and they put on a little bit of a show. The elevator was a nice convenience getting all the luggage & groceries up in one trip too. I have no complaints, would stay there again and highly recommend anyone to stay there.'

'It is a quiet place, short walk to the beach. I found it has everything I needed to enjoy swiming in the ocean, sunset walking on the beach and relaxing.'

'My family and I wonderful time at Emerald Isle for a quick getaway. Kelly, our host was extremely kind and helpful and she has made the process of checking in and out very simple. The house was great, very close to the beach and all the restaurants in town. The pool was a huge bonus and provided a lot of family fun!'

'The original listing when I booked said there was a futon and twin beds in room 2, but there was no futon, which put one person in our group of 5 sleeping on the couch. The place is cute with a nice fenced yard. The location, as in proximity to things, was great, but the neighborhood itself was a little run down and junky in certain areas. This particular unit and yard was definitely one of the nicest on the street. Overall, it was fine for a weekend visit, especially for the price.'
