'I appreciated the daily room service to my room.'

'Too expensive for the type of hotel. Elevator was out of order'

'Staying here for my second time at Puerto Rico was so nice and Beautiful. I would for sure recommend staying here (:'

Otherwise, fantastic location, nice room, and enjoyed our stay. Plus the cleaning was phenomenal.'
