'The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. 'Perfect stay for a few days! Enjoyed the clean rooms and beautiful bathrooms, just wish the rooms were a little bigger and beds were more comfortable…Hotel is perfect location to walk around to several restaurants, The Arch, and Busch Stadium. Staff was amazing, Valet was quick. '

'Arrived to an overcrowded lobby, with no luggage carts, and one broken elevator. Asked the front desk to send up wine glasses, they agreed and never did. Shower was full of scum, tiles were stained, one of the soap dispensers was ripped off the wall, and the shower leaked on the floor. We ordered food in, and nobody was at the desk to give it to us when I went down. In the morning, something exploded outside at 7am, and then there was a bunch of yelling. The cops showed up later to deal with it....

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'

'Cleaning needs help in the rooms and bathrooms. Room 511 hopefully is the smallest of all the rooms. You couldn’t use the chair fully with the desk and had to take turns in areas it was so tight. The staff was wrong about times for the Terrance bar and restaurant causing us to wait for that and then miss the downstairs restaurant being open so we waited a few more hours to find a place to eat. Simple mistake but that’s their job. '

'​The only major drawback occurred over the weekend when one of the main elevators went out of service. While mechanical issues are understandable, the lack of communication was frustrating. There was no signage posted at the elevator banks to alert guests or direct them to the service stairs/alternative lifts. This led to a lot of confusion and long wait times in the lobby, which took away from the otherwise seamless "vibe" of the hotel.​ I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent...

'Our room was small, but clean. We were right by the elevator shaft and it was incredibly noisy at all hours. For some reason at 1:36am someone felt that was a good time to do some sort of work in the elevator and there was what sounded like hammering for about 30 mins on and off that was annoying. Luckily, it didn’t wake our baby. The TV also didn’t work for several hours due to some cable issues, but I can’t say that was the hotels fault. Staff was friendly. Location of the hotel is great....

'This is a spartan and functional room that is just right for the budget conscious business traveler. One should not expect much here otherwise. The bed is comfortable. There is a small desk that will accommodate a laptop and mouse. The bathroom is small, tidy and functional. Next door is a shopping center with a grocery store, fast food options and a Planet Fitness. The staff are very nice and accommodating. The location to WUSTL hospitals and med school is good. Forest Park is nearby...
