'We spent twelve days at this house in early March 2026. We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled house. We love the kitchen and counter space. This place is very clean and well maintained. The host communicated with us promptly. We have a few more trips, and are returning to this property the rest of this year.'

'The cottage was so cozy and the view from the river was amazing! The check-in process was easy and the communication was prompt. One piece of information I would have found helpful was how to lock the door when leaving the property. The only thing I would say as a negative was how hot the cottage was without central cooling. The fan provided is definitely needed. I would stay here again!'

'My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

'Cute house only 15 minute walk to downtown area with plenty of eating options and shops. About a 45 min drive to Ft Collins where we visited our CSU student. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of one another. All amenities we needed were present- coffee maker (coffee!), hairdryer, board games. Alex was excellent at communicating and accommodating our needs.'
