The unit fit the bill perfectly. I would have given 5 stars to all categories, but the unit was advertised so that it appeared that TV would be able to connect to the broadcast world. It couldn't. My other issues were that there wasn't adequate light in the bathroom and that balancing the heat for comfortable sleeping was a challenge. But these issues aside, great stay.

Nice stay
Place was ab described. Quite comfy and right next to all amenities. The host was very helpful and the house had everything one would need. Only downside is the walls are thin and you can hear noise from upstairs but quiet hours were respected. The location more than compensates for noise issues. Would recommend.

Tolle Lage
Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider etwas ausgekühlt. Hätte bei Anreise vorgeheizt werden können. Die Unterkunft war für 4 Erwachsene gebucht, das Schlafsofa ist jedoch nicht für 2 Erwachsene geeignet. Die Lage war super, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Jasper.

Great location and lovely deck
The house is within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and visitors' center. The deck area has comfortable furniture and beautiful views. The suite itself is a little dark being in the basement, but is clean and well equiped.

Great Location!
The property is conveniently located, within easy walking distance of town. Great base for exploring the national parks and Icefields Parkway. Adequately stocked with basic dishes, pans, etc for simple cooking. Space was a little tight for luggage for 3 adults and bathroom is small but had all we needed. The sofa bed worked for me (I can sleep on any surface) but likely would be uncomfortable for most adults. King bed was very comfortable. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Cute and Tiny!
This place is decorated very cutely! I especially loved the master bedroom. The bed and bedding were very comfortable and with just a bedside table light on, the room was so cozy and cabin feeling! The master bedroom is actually the room you enter into from outside (from the ally behind the house.) It is VERY small. Pretty much only the bed can fit in there! Then there is a door to the living room/kitchen which is also SUPER small, especially if you are using the pullout couch like we needed to. There are 2 space heaters and a fireplace for warming up the place (pretty chilly since it’s a basement apt.)There were a few board games which was a nice way to end the day with our 8 year old. The host was very responsive when I had a question about something. This was a more affordable way of staying in Jasper for a night or 2. Anymore than that I think it’s just way too small when traveling with a kid.

Great Location
This was a perfect location for exploring Jasper and the surrounding areas.Check in was a breeze and everything was described accurately. We ended up needing to use the pull out couch (not comfy) and air mattress (comfy), which made space limited, but we expected that and were just happy to be in such a beautiful area in affordable accommodations. We appreciated having a dedicated parking space as well.

Bel appartement confortable après avoir chauffé un peu la chambre et le salon, car c'était humide à notre arrivée. Par contre, petite cuisine bien équipée avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons aussi apprécié la belle grande terrasse avec le bbq même si c'était frisquet. Merci Héléna!

Good price, great location
Nice little basement suite that was a perfect home base for my conference while my family came along. Walking distance to everything in the town site. The host was great, provided us a stroller when asked and even offered us a short-notice late checkout, which in the end I didn't need. The ONLY negative feed back I have is that the beds were fairly uncomfortable. One was a hide-a-bed (which I expect to be not super comfortable but even the kids decided the floor was more comfortable) and the king bed was also pretty hard to get used to. But perhaps that's just me and another family may think different. Overall, very happy about my stay and would recommend.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights with our 2 teenage daughters just after Christmas. The suite is clean and well maintained with everything you need. The main(king))bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. However, if you are hoping to sleep in in the morning or are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. There was a very energetic youngster upstairs who ran back and forth above us both late at night as well as in the morning. This did by no means ruin our experience but thought it was worth a mention beyond what is mentioned in the ad for the property.

Thank you for the Visitor Guide already at your location. I would suggest changing the location of the fridge with the table and have a bigger table...specially if you are offering sleeping for 4. Overall, really noce place with many commodities in and near the location. I would recommande without hesitation!!!! Thank you!

Wonderful location to explore all that Jasper has to offer. Basement accommodation stayed nice and cool on the hottest week of the summer and the fire place made it look like it would be nice and cozy when the temperature drops. Great outdoor patio area to relax in the morning and afternoon. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great. Our suite was clean, comfy and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Location couldn't have been any better--we're able to walk the few blocks to downtown for shopping and dining. Loved the Jasper area, so many beautiful places to see.

This apartment was in a good spot for walking to the centre of Jasper but we found it cold dark and dingy. There is hardly any light gets into the basement and we found it rather depressing. It was clean but it did have a bit of a musty smell, maybe because it is a basement. It did have basic utensils for making a light breakfast but the water in the kettle poured out everywhere from the lid.There we’re only plastic glasses and drinking a glass of wine from a plastic glass is really unappealing. We unfortunately would not stay here again.

The suite in the basement is spacious, quiet, very well maintained. There is a big patio outside on the guest's side. What a pleasant bonus! We also liked a parking place only for our vehicle under tall bushes makes a shade. Everything is clear and well marked! This place within 5 min walk to the town centre. Wonderful retreat in Jasper
Great place to stay whilst in Jasper. This convenient studio basement accommodation had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to shops and eateries and a cozy place to come back to and relax after skiing all day. Everything worked well and the contactless checkin/checkout was very smooth. Loved the place and perfect for everything you want to do in Jasper . But leave early and stay away all day otherwise you listen to little kids running across your head all day upstairs. I’m in the basement and the ceiling is so thin I can hear everything upstairs. Ivan hear them cough lol and the kids running all day gets really irritating. . Other then that the place was beautiful.

We had a very nice stay in this suite. The location is wonderful - easy walking distance to downtown and Pyramid Bench trailheads. Check-in was smooth. There is a long front entry hallway with boot racks/coat hooks. We found the suite really clean with all furniture, appliances and linens in great condition. We appreciated the comfortable bed and bedding, good bathroom/shower, abundance of closet space, cozy blanket for the couch, and nice decorative touches. The kitchen is well stocked and the convection hot plate allowed us to make our own food. There is no oven so plan your menu accordingly. There is a small 2-person table in the suite. The description and pictures on the VRBO listing are accurate. The host is friendly and responds to questions right away. I do not have anything bad to say about this space. Expect to see a basement suite in an older home which has been very well and creatively renovated. There are no soaring ceilings or mountain vistas out your window, but just step outside and you will have all of that (there is an outdoor patio area with table and chairs if the weather is suitable). You will hear footsteps from the family living upstairs, but we did not find this troublesome at all (earplugs were thoughtfully provided by our host but we did not need them). The host has done a nice job with this space. We would stay here again.
