'I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that...

'Only had one bath towel and the carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. One of the staff checked in several guests as the gentleman who was trying to check me in. The room was comfortable and breakfast was just as your commercials promised. Poor walk ability to any restaurant. Several were a short ride however. '
