'Birdsell Castle exceeded all expectations we had. So much detail had been put into this castle. We were beyond mesmerized. It is very much a labor of love. David, Aaron & Jill are good people. They are so kind and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return in the warmer season and experience the festivities. '

'We had so much fun exploring the castle and learning the history of the property. There are so many unique trinkets throughout the castle, every time we walked in a room we found something new to look at. The stay was an experience in itself!The castle is very clean and our room stayed nice and cool. We went to Charleston state park to check out rose island.David and Nikki were great hosts!We looked forward to returning again soon to explore some more!'
