'The breakfast was simple, but pleasant. They had full fat yogurt and whole milk, and a pancake machine instead of the traditional waffle machine. My wife especially liked the raisin bran. The room was fine, but the details were a bit lacking. The bathtub had a substantial gap on one side, for example. The people were singularly great and helpful.'

'A very well kept & friendly hotel! I picked it from reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. It also had free breakfast, an indoor pool, a Cracker Barrel next door, and it was directly off of I-65. I do not believe that was mentioned.'

'There was a water leak in the room that was reserved for us and it could not be fixed same day. Upon my request I asked the kind young lady at front desk if she could recommend a diff motel for us for that 1 night stay. She did and called that diff motel to see if they had any vacancies which theu did. She had great customer service skills. She also directed us to the Jayco (Kroger) store where we could get gas'

'Upon arrival no one was at front desk for check in, waiting at least 5 mins and she came in from outside. She was the person smoking on the bench next to the front door- breaks are great, but she was the only one working and we walked past her to enter the property. Elevator was also out of service and we were given a 3 rd floor room. I asked for a discount on the room for the inconvenience, and was told per management the only thing they could offer me was no charge for cancelling. They...
