'We stayed for 3 days while our granddaughter was in a basketball tournament. It worked out great for us, we had no problems at all. Clean, convenient and close to everything. If we come back next year we’ll try to stay there again.'

'It had a nice cozy warm home away from home vibe. The kiddo's were excited to actually see board games and us parents were excited to see them put their phones down to play. 'Everything was a advertised. But there were a lot of little extras like shampoo and conditioner, seasoning to cook with, laundry detergent, some fun board games we enjoyed, etc. '

'It was a fun & relaxing stay. The house was very nice and I was surprised with a little gift & hand written card. Thank you for the say! Would definitely do it again.'

'House was clean, no major issues. Bed frames were squeaky anytime you moved or rolled over. Doors were also squeaky and needed some lubrication. Doorknobs were loose and needed tightened. Water line wasn't hooked up to fridge and ice trays were not provided, so we had to buy ice. Light bulbs were out in several rooms but ceiling was so high we couldn't change them out even if we wanted to. Would have been nice to have curtains on the windows in addition to the blinds as the sun was very bright...

'My family and our three dogs very much enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and could easily be reached. We came for a family event, and we plan to return if we have another opportunity!'

'Excellent communication, fast responses, very accommodating. The layout is fantastic with lots of open space, comfortable bedrooms, and excellent amenities. The backyard is absolutely huge, probably 3 acres or so. Would stay again for sure.'

'Cute house with comfy beds. Third bedroom could use a bed instead of a futon. You need to bring an air mattress if you need three bedrooms. There was only one trashcan in the kitchen. Adding some trashcans in the bathrooms would be helpful. There was a strong odor in the house, but there had recently been flooding in the area. The host brought over an air purifier as soon as we notified them. The floors were not the cleanest as you could feel grit under your feet when you walked on them '

'I cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely book again in the future. The apartment was immaculately cleaned, well stocked and absolutely stunning (the 16 year girls said it was tiktok worthy! - the parents said it was the perfect retreat from a long day of shopping with those 16 year olds). Loved being close to downtown Louisville, but enjoyed the quiet and security this property offered.There were a few hiccups upon arrival, but chalked those up to being a newer VRBO listing...

'Great stay and proximity to Louisville KY. House was spacious, nicely decorated. Plus was the fenced in yard for our dog. Great parks in area. Everything was always no more than a 10 min drive. Communication with owners was excellent. House was as described. And even better than we anticipated. Would stay again.'
