Locatie: vlak bij openbaar vervoer naar het hele land. Hotel heeft renovatie nodig. Ligt naast een grote bouwput. Weinig parkeerplaatsen, wel gratis. Kamer schoon. Lekkage airco werd vlot gerepareerd.

De locatie bij de tram is uniek en uniek is de mengeling van publiek. Veel orthodoxe Joden als gasten maar ook veel seculieren en toeristen.

Aangenaam verblijf, wel enigszins gedateerd en groot maar wel vlak bij de tram verder de stad in. Uitstekende maaltijden, prettig personeel. Het enige minpunt s, avonds nog wel eens harde muziek van bruiloften.

Hotel dat geen 4 sterren meer verdiend.
Vriendelijk personeel. Mooi lobby. Prima locatie. Goed ontbijt. Dit hotel heeft hoognodig onderhoud nodig. Je merkt dat bijvoorbeeld aan de badkamer. De vloer wordt erg nat. Douchekop is onhandig en al een keer vervangen maar zou veel beter kunnen. De deur van de badkamer heeft rotte plekken. Tapijt in de gangen is zichtbaar aan het slijten. Het zwembad wordt onderhouden maar ziet er oud uit. Rondom het zwembad zijn er lampen maar alles is oud en / of stuk. Kortom er moet geïnvesteerd worden in dit hotel. Ik ben van mening dat een hotel schoon en rustig moet zijn. Luxe is leuk maar is voor mij niet belangrijk. Wat ik enorm gemist heb is rust! Onze kamer was op de 9e etage waar ook een groep jongeren een aantal kamers had. Resultaat: veel geluid overlast tot diep in de nacht. Het hotel zou duidelijk moeten maken dat om 23:00u alles stil moet zijn. Dit hotel moet een spa hotel zijn. De sauna en het bubbelbad zijn beide verouderd en zien er vies uit.

Vieze kamers
Het hotel wordt slecht onderhouden. Vooral het schoonmaken laat erg te wensen over. Na het inchecken bleek de kamer vies te zijn. Haren op de lakens en kussens, vlekken. Er lagen etensresten op de vloer en in de lades. Nadat we hebben geklaagd hierover kregen we een nieuwe kamer. Hier bleek hetzelfde probleem. Na vier kamers was het nog steeds niet gelukt om een schone kamer te krijgen. Gezien het inmiddels late tijdstip werd gezegd dat housekeeping zo laat op de avond niet meer beschikbaar is. De volgende ochtend hebben wij met een manager gesproken die ons beloofde alles te regelen. Na aankomst 's avonds bleek de kamer weer niet schoongemaakt te zijn. De receptiemedewerkers waren overigens wel behulpzaam, maar het was duidelijk een managment probleem van het hotel.

Mijn verblijf was OK. Doel was een uitvalbasis via centraal busstation naar regiolocatie (familie). Sneeuw overlast heeft tot diverse stroomonderbrekingen geleid. Openbaar vervoer viel uit. Veel moeten improviseren. Personeel in ontbijtzaal niet zo gastvrij. Tuinzone was door sneeuwoverlast onbruikbaar. Entree werd wel sneeuwvrij gehouden. Verbouwingen van hotel aan de overkant leidde soms in de ochtenduren tot geluidoverlast. Advies:, vraag een kamer aan de zijde met de evennummers

Comfortabele bedden - goed bereikbaar!
Het hotel is zeer goed bereikbaar met de nabij gelegen "light rail" die je voor een kleine prijs naar het stadscentrum brengt. De kamer (de lakens en badlinnen) en badkamer waren zeer schoon echter de algehele staat van de kamer kan beter. Nieuw tapijt en een lik verf zijn geen overbodige luxe.

Helaas is het slecht begonnen. We hadden juist een week vooraf nog contact gezocht met het hotel ivm onze aankomst na middernacht en de wens van 3 aparte bedden. Na aankomst rond 5.00 uur in de ochtend gaf de dienstdoende receptie medewerker ons 3 kamerkey's. Rond 5.10 komen we in onze kamer en er zijn maar 2 bedden! We moesten toen nog meerdere malen bellen en na aanhoudend aandringen kwam er een matras, voor op de grond. Het bed paste niet door de deur! Volgende ochtend via de buren over het balkon was het antwoord. Dus slecht begin. Het hotel heeft wel een mooi zwembad en ligstoelen. Eten is ok. Compliment voor de dagelijkse vers gebakken heerlijke ommeletten door de zeer vriendelijke mevrouw. Verder hebben we weinig gebruik gemaakt van de andere hotel faciliteiten (geen oordeel). Echte Minpunt is geen free WIFI in het hele hotel. We hebben overall wel een fijn verblijf gehad in het hotel.

First off, the website says there is parking. Before I booked, I called to confirm that there is parking, which they confirmed. I show up last night, low and behold there’s no parking. Come into the hotel, security guard is completely spaced out, need to summon someone to check me in. The lobby looks shabby. Then it goes from bad to worse. Come to the room, the bathroom is has patched holes, the grout is gross, and the bathtub is tiny. The lamp shades have good caked on, there is a pacifier on the floor, indicating they didn’t clean the room. But then things go from bad to worse, I take the blanket off the bed to lay down and the sheets are stained!?!?! This was beyond awful. The price was good, if the hotel was clean. Wouldn’t even mind the shabbiness, but the dirt!!!

I visit several times per year but this time I had to park on the street which cost me 3 tickets and over $150. Staff always great. no ramp up entrance for luggage & no more "happy" hour. Great location.

the property is a short walk to the light rail and one stop to the train station that can take you anywhere you want to go in Israel. The property has undergone some renovation but the rooms are dated, though they are comfortable and met our needs. Cost of the room was affordable. We had Friday night meals, which were $45/person. Shabbat lunch is the same price.

Heavy drilling noise early in the morning.
Overall the staff were good, however there is building works just outside the hotel and works start from 7am, and this was heavy drilling on a rock, I couldn’t sleep in anymore. nevertheless it’s located quite close to centre and it was reasonable price.

Found the hotel quite difficult to access and find.also booked this specific hotel for the pool which wasnt in service. There is a wedding hall downstairs which made it quite noisy too

Thank you shira , the hotel is cuarrently on the main street. the pool's are closed for renovations we advised on all websites , we are sorry that you didnt noted

Hotel correcte mais a rafraîchir
Hotel correct mais a besoin d un rafraichissement. Attention, la piscine est fermée, ce qui est dommage apres une longue journée sous la chaleur de Jerusalem. Petit dejeuner complet de qualité correcte mais sans plus. Ce qui est pratique c est sa proximité avec le tramway qui permet d etre dans le centre en quelques stations.

Great value hotel
Great value for money. Fab location, amazing breakfast and comfy beds. Bathrooms need modernising and carpet could do with a hoover. Biggest problem is that, despite the booking email from the hotel itself saying that everything is open, both pools are closed and will probably remain that way.
