It is highly recommended
I arrived at the place without knowing so much what it looked like, but when I arrived everything was really perfect, the room was clean and tidy and although small the room was not noticeable because everything was arranged in a calculated and comfortable way for the user. There was everything in the room for a great vacation, especially the apartment is really close to everything. We were really pleased and highly recommend

Inhospitable experience
We actually could not stay in this establishment as it was impossible to walk between the closet and the queen-size bed which was positioned between the kitchenette area and the dining area. The person sleeping on the dining area would not have been able to access the restroom at night since the restroom/shower-room is situated adjacent to the kitchenette.

hey, we usually dont respond in this way, but - indeed you did not spent the time in our place, we have more then 1 apartment in the building, so we also offered you to move to a different apartment, but you chose you dont want to do so. in the apartment you got there is a very big space to move inside. actually we have other apartments that are smaller. im sorry you about the situation that was created but the info you present here is not accurate, and it's not fair to post something like that when other guests can see it as well. we respect any criticism and think its a good way to learn and improve - but on this case it's just not true

Hey Renato, this is self check in process, we write this along the way couple of times, about the batteries of the remote controllers - we have spare ones, so if you would have asked us about it we could have direct you to where they are located, same for the corkscrew

Nice little apartment in a good location. The bath and kitchen could have been more clean. I had to wash the dishes again before use and the toilet had some evidences from the guests before.

There was no privacy as the curtain was only HALF
The location was nice, near bus station and supermarkets. However, the curtain in our room was only half, which was not the same as photo. I would suggest them to install a complete one. Also, the sound insulation was poor that we can still hear the noise from outside in the midnight. It's better to bring ear plugs.

Recommended stay in Jerusalem!
Perfect stay at the perfect location in central Jerusalem, close to the Machne Yehuda market and in walking distance to the Old City and any other attraction in the city.

hey Lilian, for the hot water you need to turn on the boiler for 30 mins, it's electric boiler, as written in 2 different locations in the apartment, about the TV - also written in the apartment it has 2 on buttons, we wish you would have told us about it while you were there, instead pointing it out after leaving. so we can guide you in how to operate it. about the luck of stuff - we write that our service is not an hotel, and that it's self check in, we are currently considering making some changes to that, so maybe future guests will had a different experience
