'Lorsque je suis arrivé, à 21h30, la réception m'a informé que les deux restaurants ainsi que la buvette étaient fermés (trop tard) et que le room service était inexistant. Il y a un manque d'hygiène dans les vestiaires de la piscine où le maotre nageur fume et jette ses megots parterre. Personnel lent et non motivé. '

'The location is not ideal, far from most restaurants. The nearest thing is a shopping called “WANDA”about 10 minutes by car. At the moment of my stay (October 2021) the gym was being remodeled, the road was being fixed and seemingly other hotel facilities as well. The staff were friendly. The complain I have is low pressure on the shower. Also room seems little old, not par with the reception hall.'

'예약시 보였던 지도 위치와 예약 후 보여지는 지도 위치가 틀렸고 심지어 원저우 시내 인민광장으로 지도가 안내되었다. 막상 실제 호텔 위치는 원저우 공항에서 매우 가까웠다. 공항에서 지도 위치가 가리키는 인민광장은 거리가 상당하다. 만약 지도만 믿고 갔다면 3시간은 허비했을득 했다. 지도랑 주소 특히 주소는 중국어를 반드시 호텔스닷텀에서 제공 해줘야 한다. 택시타도 영문 주소는 의미가 없기 때문이다. 나머지 호텔은 깨긋했고 방도 컸고 좋았다. 조식은 호텔 규모에 비해 좋지는 않았다. '

'We have fully paid in advance and received confirmation from Expedia, but when we checked in, the hotel refused to give us rooms we booked with reasons that they could not find our confirmed bookings. Furthermore, the hotel told us to pay them directly in cash in order to stay. Anything can happen in China, even with IBIS international hotel chain! Now we need to contact Expedia to return our money we have paid on their system. So much waste our time!'
