'I just liked everything about this hotel, from the location to services, food and staff.'

'Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also.'

'Great location and very friendly staff, breakfast is great, 13 floor the club lounge is quiet with great service. will definitely choose this hotel again'

'Great location and staff. Hotel is old/run-down. Room on non-smoking floor smelt smokey. Swimming pool was not 5 star hotel worthy: old and looked as if it was a public place '

'A beautiful stay with thoughtful service, elegant surroundings, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail made the experience feel special. I’d happily return!”'

'Very helpful staff, especially for the trip with a guide and car to the Lingyin temple and the tea garden experience. They know the perfect path to take not well known but very beautiful and quite'

'Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee.'

'Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!'

'Nice hotel with all the facilities you need. Good that they allow you to use the facilities of the J.W. Marriott, which is attached to it. On my room some of the pillows had an unpleasant smell, they should be renewed or washed. Overall i would certainly recommend this hotel.'

'Heerlijke bedden, dicht bij de metro en een prachtig uitzicht op het grote kanaal'

'Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful.'

'I loved the location and the spacious room (suite). The room was clean and well-designed. Some nice free amenities like drinks and snacks are provided daily.'
