'Wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, just wanted clean bed and shower. Dead bugs and nasty floors, questionable stains on “clean” sheets, cigarette burn holes all over bedding (of non-smoking room), window in room next to mine was covered in flies like something was dying in there, staff didn’t care. No fridge, no TV remote, channel button on TV didn’t work either. No outlet in bathroom. Pocketed extra cash to check in a little early. Will never come back.'
