'First off it was impossible for me to find the property and it seems to be like some kind of government project when I ask someone for additional directions they tried to hold me up at gunpoint I was alone with my children, so I left and tried contacting the owner to get a refund due to unsafe location, and I have yet to receive any money back'

'I booked the property and it was actually through VRBO. The owner stated they would send the door code the day before. The code did not show up. When I arrived at the property, there was another person already staying in the unit. I tried calling the number given and it was not in service. No response from the owner until 2 hours after check in and I already booked another place. The owner did not seem to care about what I told them.'
