'This hotel is not in a good place...'

'I did not feel safe here. Located on a parking lot where people were hanging out and doing drugs all night long. Because of this there was a terrible weed smell in the room and also a lot of noise. The room itself was okay. Nice bed and TV. Airconditioning was loud but worked fine. Bathroom was old but functioning. The place can definitely use some touch ups.'

The walls had holes, the pictures and décor looked cheap, and the entire hotel felt run down and in need of major renovations. The shower rod was broken, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, the lampshades were ripped, and the curtains had visible stains. Overall, the condition of the room was far below what was advertised. 'they basically scammed us. made us pay double the amount we were supposed to and saying Expedia cancelled our booking when we called and they confirmed it was not cancelled. Expedia even tried calling the motel and they would not pick up the phone. they then said they were charging more because of the festival (summer smash) and we watched them also do the same thing to other people. room was dirty and also was leaking from the ceiling and the door from the rain, the AC cover wasn't even on all...

'Stayed 5 nights. Only 2 nights I was able to sleep through the night. Night 1, woman yelling in hallway and her kids were running and screaming at 2:30am. Night 2, neighbors and kids were in the hallway talking loud and digging through bags with Styrofoam boxes in them. Night 4, neighbor was in and out of their room ALL NIGHT, they had the latch flipped to prop door open and the door shut hard causing it to bounce off the latch eache time they came in and out.
