'This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!! We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean. The front desk people...

'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.'

'We got two rooms on two different days and they were both clean. The breakfast was good. The heater dail in our bathroom was gone and could not be used. We have a feeling in a couple of hotels recently and did appreciate that this one had microwaves and refrigerators with freezer or freezer section. The ice maker closest to our room did not work. I walked across the parking lot and found two more ice makers. Only one of them worked. The room got the hot tub was in and the hallway that leads to...

'This was absolutely adequate for a crash and dash on the way to the next place. There is a Mexican restaurant across the street if you don’t want to climb back into the car.'

'The bed was comfortable. We turned on the AC to drown out the noisy street traffic but the AC was super loud so it was hard to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast there. There was no hand soap and no place in the bathroom to hang out towels. Otherwise it was ok.'

We ate at the little cowboy restaurant a few yards down the road and had excellent steaks and great live music. Came back and chatted with some other vacationers around the beautiful fire. The whole experience was lovely! Off the beaten path but even more quaint that way!'

'Although we had a great help from the staff in fixing all the problems with the airco and beds etc this hotel is an absolute disgrace. Carpets with holes and only stains, pool was closed (maybe better) no breakfast where this was offered in the advertisement. In all our travels we have never been in such a bad hotel.'
