'This hotel was awfull. It looks really good on pictures but the rooms are super dirty, we looked at 3 different rooms and all of them where just as dirty!! They promised us to clean the room today but no one had even been in the room all day, not even the beds were made!!
We asked for a refund but they only wanted to give us a refund for 1 night, while we were in a dirty room for 2 nights.. we canceled our reservation completely and went to an other hotel that IS clean.

'The staff was very friendly. There was a small problem with the TV, but that was quickly rectified. The room was large and clean, as was the bathroom. It was very quiet at night. And the parking was easy and secure. They do need to repair the soda machine though. Luckily, there was a Mavrick gas station just across the street.'

'Our stay for the Shakespeare festival was very enjoyable. The property was convenient to the festival and restaurants. Many things to see and do in Cedar city.
The rooms were clean and breakfast was satisfying. We also enjoyed the other amenities like the gym and pool.'

At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off.
We won't be staying here again.'

It’s not the Peninsula in Hong Kong, but we weren’t expecting luxury amenities at this price point. Great value overall. And they don’t overcharge for my dog!'

'Although we had a great help from the staff in fixing all the problems with the airco and beds etc this hotel is an absolute disgrace. Carpets with holes and only stains, pool was closed (maybe better) no breakfast where this was offered in the advertisement. In all our travels we have never been in such a bad hotel.'

'I booked one night here, thinking that a hotel attached to an RV park was a risk. My biggest regret is that I didn’t book this place for additional nights. It was a lovely space! Rooms are on the 2nd floor with no elevator available - no big deal for me, but you should be aware if it is for you.'

'A spotless accommodation with good quality coffee in the room. What made this a 5star place was the receptionist. She was very very knowledgeable about the environment, gave us great tips ánd was very welcoming when we arrived (2 hours before check-in time!). '
