'The hotel was very helpful in assisting us receiving our suitcases through Airporter service. Furthermore, they assisted us in paying cash for a parcel delivery that we organised from Tokyo. We booked two three night bookings separately and they made it very easy to link the two bookings so we did not need to change rooms.
The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there for 6 nights. The smart TV allowed us to easily stream YouTube on TV.
The only thing that I wish they did...

'The rooms are always cozy and quiet, as well as the bathrooms are AMAZING here. I love the japanese style washroom as well as the beds are comfy. Only complaint is they are a little low to the ground, but the only person who had a problem with that was my parents. Other than that this property is so beautiful and quiet and low key, my favorite place to stay thank you all in Kyoto!!'

'Everything was perfect, one of the best stays ever. The apartment had really everything, included a washing machine with drying function. We would surely come back to this hotel if we visit Kyoto again. Thanks!'
