'Everything is amazing… but I’m a bit surprised that an international hotel has so few people that actually speak English. I mean… the few we found were extremely helpful but I literally was told that we had to wait until the person with good English finish dinner… not ideal.

'If you take exit E at Panyu subway station it's just five minutes walking to the hotel. On the way there you walk through a fairly big mall with even a night market. The staff at the reception spoke very good English, so checking in was easy. The room was clean and very new, I think this whole hotel isn't older than a few years. If I had to choose I would stay here again, instead of the five star across the construction site, I stayed there too.'

'It was a short business trip to Guangzhou. The front desk and reception service was excellent. As a foreigner, I have difficulty in arranging a taxi. The staff (Wechat nick name La La) help me to book a taxi each time I needed one.
The hotel location is excellent as it is very near to subway station and a big shopping mall.
