'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a...

'It was literally one of the best hotel experiences i’ve ever had, the views, atmosphere, service, the hotel itself, the pool… all incredible. Because it was our first time in Jeju they even upgraded our room. 10/10, would recommend! Thank you so much!😍'

'The concierge was extremely helpful, attentive, and amazing!'

'조용하고 편안한곳 딱 쉬기 좋았어요 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하고 조식은 정갈하니 맛있었어요 바다와 나무 숲 둘다 전망이. 전객실 다 있어서 너무 뷰도 맘에들었습니다'

'I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and had a great experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel was exceptionally well-maintained. The location was also excellent, with plenty of attractions and places to visit nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel!'

'Grand Josun Jeju was the highlight of my trip to Korea. The resort was clean, beautifully designed, with top notch luxury amenities. The staff were well trained and courteous. 10/10'

'Good location with clean spacious accomodations'

'Check in was easy, although we arrived early and no one was there so had to walk around for a bit. Parking was fine very easy, no need to check in the car details or pay. Room we had was nice, big bed, pretty view, nice bathroom. However, there was food and drink left in the fridge and they didn’t provide hand soap. Just seemed the cleaners didn’t pay much attention. Gym was pretty good, had plenty of equipment. The massage chairs were however out of use. Coffee shop inside was lovely,...

'Very clean and comfortable hotel. '

'All perfect'

'Although the hotel is a little bit outside of Moseulpo town, it's well-located on the coastline. It was lovely to hear the sound waves made while resting in the room, and if the weather was nice, I think we could have viewed the sunset from our balcony. The hotel is quite new, so rooms and facilities were clean and quite spacious. Staff was kind and helpful. '

'Geweldige lokatie, ruime kamers met alles erop en eraan. In de omgeving zijn leuke restaurants en goede wandelmogelijkheden'
