'Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.'

'The pool is minimally cleaned. While the rooms were nice, we could see some damage was done before and was just repaired with silicone. The staff were nice. Parking was good we didn't have any issues with that. However the breakfast Everytime I ate the eggs it some how would upset my stomach.'

'The price reasonable for dells, but no soap in shower, no cups by coffee maker or anywhere, air conditioner loud. Clean, but tub not good condition, lil hard communication. But still liked having a room just for one night, but there was those problems'

'The room was clean and nice. Beds were very creaky every time you moved. Check in was a bit difficult with language issues with the workers but went fairly smooth. Walls and doors were not soundproof at all. You could hear the other guests all night like they were in you room. Getting to Waterpark was a bit confusing due to language issues at check in and with no one to ask at your building. 'I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing.'

'I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect.
