'The location was great and the room was clean, but as soon as we walked in, there was a strong musty smell. Fortunately, we quickly noticed that the bathroom sink was missing its drain stopper, so we were given a different room. However, the new room also had a musty smell, although it was less noticeable than in the first one. The air conditioning was also much too loud for our liking. We won’t be staying here again.'

'The room was clean, but the body wash dispenser was empty. Our luggage was delayed, so we asked for toiletries. They only had disposable toothbrushes —no toothpaste, no contact solution or contact cases. Breakfast was fine but limited.'
