'Great communication with this host. Very easy check-in process with a keyless entry - this was good for us as we arrived at 10 at night. Super location within an easy walk to the Magic Sands Beach and just a little south of downtown Kona which is nice to get away from the crowds. The lanai faces a pretty area of vegetation with lots of birds and a you can see a small sliver of ocean, which was a bonus as we weren't expecting any ocean view. 'Ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad, Isaac is erg vriendelijk en attent en goed bereikbaar voor vragen. Wij waren er voor de IRONMAN en qua locatie was dit ideaal, net buiten de stad en drukte. Lekker dichtbij Magic Sands, erg fijn strand met een leuk restaurant erbij. Wij hebben genoten!'

'The rental was perfect for my friends and I. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary amenities. The door key code was challenging so we just used the key. Response was quick and helpful. Mornings on the lanai with coffee was a wonderful way to start the day. Some of us started our days at the beach watching the sunrise. The unit was comfortable and clean. The extras were useful- chairs, beach towels, etc. I woupd definitely stay there again. '
