'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement:
1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue.
2. For there to be so much rain we didnt have any inside critters but there was leakage from the ceiling in the corner of the bedroom. We also noticed broken/ missing window curtains....

'We loved our stay at hotel Arte natural. Very clean, supernice people working there, great breakfast and also good restaurant for dinner on a rainy day. Nice and clean pool in a beautiful garden.
We were alone the first nights of our stay and felt very much at home.
Shared kitchen, washingmachine and common areas with games.
Shops and other restaurants close by.
Walkable to the centre of La Fortuna but also a short uber ride there, to hotsprings, la Fortuna waterfall, ziplining etc.'

'This hotwl was an amazing place to stay! Daniel was an incredible host and took us on tours in their own brand-new private bus at a great rate, which made everything so easy. He even drove us back to San Jose and had a baby seat for our little one!
The food was excellent, the rooms were much bigger than we expected, and the location was perfect. The highlight was the stunning view of the volcano—you can see it so clearly from the beautiful pool (when it is not cloudy), it's like it's right in...

'10/10 Super Bueno:

The villa was amazing, the services as well. The staff were very nice, extremely helpful, responded to our requests and provided very helpful suggestions (thank you Mariano and Luis :)). By far the best accommodation we had in Costa Rica.
