Beautiful resort - UNTRAINED STAFF
No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room. Be very careful booking this resort through this website.
I traveled with my elderly parents and they almost got sick because of the stress we received through this experience.
They ended up OVERCHARGING me for a below standard room for our driver to make up the difference of fares between what they got paid from Orbitz and the room
they gave me. Discpicable.
Be careful if you are driving a small car there - our Corolla bottomed out severely in many places and got damaged because of the sub-standard roads once you get into the property.

Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten en comfort kamer
I stayed 2 nights there from 15th to 17th Sep 2017.
They promised free breakfast for 2 persons, but they charged additional 400 BDT for 2days.
I booked the 2 twin beds and 205 sq-foot room with garden views, but i should stay one bed room and could not see any garden from the room.
I think Lemon garden resort is cheating hotel.
