Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day.'

'Amazing value that includes top notch, and private, hot springs baths, and a delicious healthy japanese breakfast. The location is not the most convenient and be very careful going in and out of the parking area, it is a blind exit and cars are driving by quickly.'

They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. "Was 3 hours earlier because of my flight from the Netherlands, very tired but had to wait 3 hours before checking in. My reservation was not in the computer system and check out is very early 10am. Very small rooms but ok for one night. Will next time take another hotel."
