'I have zero complaints! The staff were amazing, the property and area it's in were beautiful, and overall it really made our stay in Kanazawa special. I highly recommend this place. Just be warned that if you have any mobility issues, the stairs going upstairs are very steep. '

'The room in the hyatt house hotel is super. It’s spacious, very clean and quiet enough (you can hear the trains though, but not that loud). We enjoyed the free drinks in the lobby. However, we didn’t enjoy breakfast. After many days of having a japanese style breakfast during our journey, we were looking forward to a western style breakfast, one of the reasons why we chose a western style hotel. We missed granola, fresh fruits, different types of cheese, fried or boiled eggs, the opportunity...

'I am not sure what to write. Location perfect for sightseeing, free parking, spacious room (the suite), quiet (good sleep) and clean. Communication with owner upfront good. We had a request for a more continental breakfast and it was hard to explain. Must say, staff tried their best to meet our wishes. Bed was a bit hard for us, but that is personal taste. In the end nothing to complain and a lot of pro’s but we didn’t feel it, but no cons so if you search in this location, this is a good hotel...

Per noi era la prima volta che dormivamo in un ryokan .La signora è stata gentile, carina e paziente, ha spiegato ciò che c 'è nella struttura. La camera pulita, grande accogliente. Sul tavolo c'erano i dolcetti e il the. La struttura è pulitissima. La posizione é ottima : vicino al mercato e abbastanza vicino alla stazione. C 'è la possibilità di scegliere tra colazione giapponese o occidentale servite sl piano terra....
