    Welcome to "Aloha Niulani"! Our 4-bedroom 2 bath Oceanfront Beach home comfortably sleeps up to 8. Conveniently located in the Old Kauai town of Kapa'a. Tucked away in a secluded neighborhood with your own beach right outside the door, but also within 5-8 mins walking distance to shopping and dining.

    Complete home Central Air system added recently! A huge bonus here in Kauai, where the majority of homes do not have these systems in place.

    We are also right on the Kapaa bike/jogging/walk path (6 miles long).

    Great spot for winter Whale Watching! You can also snorkel on the beach right outside the house.

Booked property for a family gathering of 5 adults and 2 children -and it was perfect. The clean property had all the extras you could think of- plus! The kitchen was supplied with everything down to bags of ice for the ice chest, including separate refrigerator for beverages. All that was needed was the chow to throw on the bbq outside! The ocean waves and sand were right out the back door, and the property is ideally situated for local shopping and restaurants, and midway on the island for easy day trips in either direction.The living space was comfortable for relaxing and was well supplied with games, large tv and plenty of charging options for electronics.And most importantly, the communication with the host was top notch.We hope to return in the near future!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home in Kauai. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling relaxing and comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Our stay at this property was unforgettable. The house is just a small lawn and a hedge away from the ocean, affording us with multiple beautiful sunrises and the sound of crashing waves at night.Due to the time of year, the surf was a bit rough for swimming, and the sand came and went with the storms, but the tide pools and early morning crabs were great.The host was very responsive to our questions, and the property manager quickly resolved a minor issue that came up (Mahalo!). We only used one of the four bedrooms, but the bed we slept in was quite comfortable. The kitchen is nicely remodeled, well equipped, and had the best coffee we have encountered at a rental property. The A/C throughout the house was fantastic at controlling both the temperature and the humidity.The location is quite convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance (and even more within a short drive), and roughly centered between both the north and south shores. We saw people in many of the surrounding houses, but the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful location right on the water! We spent time on the beach out back every morning watching the sunrise. Even though it's too rocky to be swimmable, we really enjoyed having the water right in our backyard. We even had a small seal hang out on the beach with us one afternoon! The house is the perfect size for a small family. I really liked that one bathroom had a tub and one had a walk-in shower so it accommodates people who may need one or the other. I also liked that the shower heads detach which makes it so much easier to wash children's hair or simply rinse off your feet. The kitchen was fully stocked and I really appreciated that they had things like bag clips and ziploc bags for us to use. Just those small touches made such a big difference. We were also pleased to find a lighter in the drawer when we needed it for my daughter's birthday candles. The master bedroom bed was really comfortable too (more of a firm mattress, which is what we prefer). If we are lucky enough to be able to visit Kauai again then we would definitely rebook this house! Mahalo!

The beach house was just as advertised in the listing. It was perfect size for the eight of us to be quite comfortable for our entire stay. I loved the house as a central location for all our excursions. Everything was close by. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai for a fun vacation.

Home was beautifully located right on the beach where we sat each morning and night in the comfy chairs. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed for breakfast and lunch prep. The house was perfect for our group and I wouldn't change a thing. 7 days was not long enough.

Exactly what I needed

The spot under the tree in the backyard was the best reading spot in the house. Waking up in the morning to the sunrise from bed was exquisite.I haven’t slept so well in a long time. Stores are within walking distance which made eating in super convenient.
