We were able to cook every day, use surfboards, boogie boards, bicycles, snorkels, beach chairs to enjoy the beach, Micheal and Leila have thought of everything! 'Great view, comfortable bed, fantastic beach within walking distance, well equipped kitchen. There was a dead battery in the smoke detector and the toilet flush was quite weak but if that's the worst I can say about it, that's pretty good. '

'We had a great stay at the Princeville Townhouse. The place was clean and comfortable, and served our purposes. The beach chairs and beach towels, along with the moveable fans, were appreciated (it gets hot in there!). The overall location of Princeville is good as it is in close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and neighboring towns and beaches of interest. I had the impression it was closer to the beach itself, but it is sometimes hard to tell from the map. All around it was a pleasant...

'Great location, easy to explore the area. Played a few rounds of rounds, Hokuala and Princeville Makai, and Wailua. Kamaaina rate at Wailua was very reasonable.We’re already talking about another quick trip to Kauai !Aloha'
