'Staying at Hale Niu was a great choice for its central location. The 3+ bedroom with 3 baths home was spotless and its size allowed all 5 of us adults to relax and stretch both in and outdoors. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and dishwasher and the dining area was delightful. The huge lanai with table and reclining lounges was a favorite! We had a small view of the ocean but ocean access right across the street and beautiful sun rises. Even had a washer and dryer...

'We have been to Kauai several times but found Ohana House at Fern Grotto to be the best yet. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities, the grounds were beautiful, the additional water equipment and bikes were a huge bonus. The location was great too. Highly recommended.'

'This place was great and I would stay again in a heartbeat! It is literally right on the ocean. The east side is centrally located to get to all parts of the island. One word of caution, if you do plan on going south a lot, the traffic can be quite bad. The view and the space was worth it though. The pool was very nice. The unit had everything you would need. Close to shopping and dining. Very clean. I felt right at home. Hope to able to visit again one day!'

Nach vielen Versuchen jemanden zu erreichen haben wir dann nach gut 1 Stunde warten den Code und die Apartmentnummer bekommen. 'This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.'
