'The staff are lovely, the room is clean and the location is excellent. This is not a hotel though. It is what a western person would call a motel. There is no counter service in the middle of night and the front door is card locked, there is no room cleaning service (they just wash your towels, they don't clean your room during your stay). And the furniture has that dated, motel feel (some aspects like the aircon need to be replaced as they're currently too noisy to keep on during the night) It...

'Best place to stay at in Tokyo! So many dining options available near the hotel and walkable to two major train stations. The hotel offers daily house keeping (with signage) and laundry washing available. The double bed room is spacious and offers so much space. Convenient if you want to stay near Tokyo and near the Haneda Airport which are a couple of train stops away (30 minutes each way-depending on the train express you take). 'It was a cramped room but I suppose that's pretty typical of Tokyo hotels. Other than that, we pretty much loved everything about it. They have lots of nice amenities, including toiletries, a laundry facility, and a really nice breakfast buffet. It's a nice location too, 7/11 right next door, and train station down the street. The staff were really nice and friendly too. Would definitely stay again.'

'One of the best hotel in the same price range'

'The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a hidden gem in my opinion. The location is fantastic (a few metres from Shin Yokohama station) and there are great shops and restaurants around the hotel. The staff could not have been friendlier and service was excellent. The rooms were huge by Japan standards and well equipped with a lovely sitting area. We booked two adjoining rooms for the family. Overall I would definitely stay here again and I thought for the price the hotel was amazing!!'

'We try to stay here whenever we are in this part of town, mainly because of the real onsen that they have. Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations. '
