The accommodation is located on the first and second floors. The exceptionally good view of the sea and the surrounding landscape is an outstanding feature of this apartment. From the terrace, you can not only enjoy the view of the water, but also benefit from your own beach chair, sun loungers, a parasol, and an electric grill—ideal conditions for relaxing hours outdoors. The fine sandy beach is only about 700 meters away, allowing for spontaneous trips to the beach or long walks along the Baltic Sea at any time. The open-plan living area, adjacent to the terrace, creates a cozy atmosphere. Here, a wood-burning stove ensures cozy hours, especially on cooler days, and a smart TV provides entertainment. All windows are fitted with privacy screens so that you can enjoy your privacy at all times. The open-plan kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and offers modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee and espresso machine (Senseo and Nespresso), and toaster. Extensive crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are available so you can easily prepare all your meals yourself. The adjoining dining area has a dining table that is ideal for shared meals or game nights. Two bedrooms ensure a comfortable night's sleep. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), the other also has a double bed (160x200cm) with a smart TV. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and blackout curtains so you can relax completely at night. The vacation apartment is equipped with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a whirlpool tub. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror. A special highlight is the infrared cabin, also located in one of the bathrooms, which is available to guests of the vacation apartment and enriches their stay with an additional wellness factor. Underfloor heating, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, a clothes horse, and a vacuum cleaner ensure everyday comfort. Initial supplies are also provided. The property has a free private parking space, making it easy to arrive by car.
