'Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot....

'初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！'

'Great stay, it’s a bit hidden but felt very private. Accommodations were made with toothbrushes, hair brush, cotton swabs and towels. I would double check on the instruction provided my room was on the 5th floor, and instruction indicated to get off 4th floor. Other than that I had an excellent stay and would recommend.'

'무난한 느낌의 숙소. 호스트가 안내를 상세하게 잘 해줘서 좋았음. 주변 역까지 10분정도 걸어야하고 화장실은 조금 좁지만 혼자나 둘이서 여행할 때는 꽤 괜찮은 숙소인듯. 아 그리고 방음 진짜 괜찮았던게 숙소 건물에 나밖에 없는걸로 착각할정도. 그리고 본인은 숙소에서 나와서 어딘가로 이동하는 일정이라 주변에 인프라가 없어도 괜찮았음. 다음에도 도쿄에서의 숙소는 이곳으로 할 예정'

'We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient. The location was also great very walkable and in a peaceful neighborhood, which we really appreciated after busy days exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience.
