'Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return. '

Je recommande La Casa 77 à 100% L'appart est super, bien équipé. l'équipe ménage passe tous les jours pour nettoyer et changer les draps et serviettes. la chambre est spacieuse dans un emplacement près de la ville de Zakynthos. l'environnement est calme et apaisant. franchement une adresse à recommander sur Zakynthos. Une communication très facile avec les responsables aussi!'

'Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Apartments sind sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben die Möglichkeit genutzt um verschiedenste Restaurants und Bars auszuprobieren und auch den schnellen Weg zum Strand genossen. Fragen wurden uns jederzeit über WhatsApp beantworte. Wir würden wieder kommen :) '

'The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. Makes me wonder when was the last time the room was cleaned before we entered. Great location during the non-touristy season when much of the island is...

'We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!'
