'It was nice and great for us who had a housing emergency and needed a few day stay. The only down side was the beds are harder than we like and after the 3rd day it was hurting our backs. The train was loud if you had a window facing the front but not that big of a deal breaker'

'First a for most, there’s a side door to check in at 7pm, the sliding doors where locked, you had to used another door to go to your room, which was the fire exit. Upon walking in to the hotel it smelled like weed, to get into the elevator you had to go around two rolling out side trash cans that stayed infront. Of the elevator… we where on the 3rd floor the fall way floor had soft spot on it. We get to put room … just horrible gross nasty the floors where damp there was dead an live baby...

Internet did not work. When I contacted them through Expedia they stated that they would give me a full refund and I did receive a full refund without any hassle. '

"The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!"
