'price quality balance is far far off'

'It was great thanks '

'The fact that I had to share a full size bed with my partner. We were told that we could not select a bed online and we had to settle for what was available on arrival. The breakfast was okay, however some changes could have been implemented. It was the same this for the entire weekend.'

'Het hotel is aan de oudere kant en wordt slecht onderhouden. Personeel is heel lui en je moet heel veel geduld hebben. Dit is niet enkel in het hotel zo, maar overal op het hele eiland. Het ontbijt kun je buiten eten, maar je moet het eten in een gesloten kamer (aparte in en uitgang) gaan halen. Al het eten ligt in grote ijzeren bakken. De hele kamer is vrij vies. De bedden in de kamers zijn wat aan de harde kant en het water komt amper uit de douche. Internet is heel onstabiel. '

'It s good'

'Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices.'

However, the staff were AWESOME !!! They made my stay worth it. It was my birthday and they showed me so much love. The food options were limited (menu changes every two days) but the food was good and fresh. The hotel was located next to lots of restaurants/bars/nightclubs. The online pictures...

'Wasn't the best of places , didnt like the size of my room and there was little to no amenities'

'This property is clearly NOT luxury. Felt like late 1990’s and 3 Star at best. Staff were helpful for the most part but turned rude when extra services were declined. I found this very off-putting. Spent a lot of money for this trip'

'This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. Judging by the construction and pace of work, it would be shocking if it will be opened before July...
